Shipping policy

We ship free across the US on every order, with no minimums. Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day from our US warehouse; delivery typically takes 2-5 business days with tracking emailed at dispatch. International shipping (Canada, UK, EU) is calculated at checkout and typically arrives in 7-14 business days; duties for non-US orders are the recipient's responsibility. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days (US), contact hello@lucenglow.com and we'll make it right.
