Refund policy

30-day returns: unused devices in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 60-Day Glow Guarantee: if you've used your LUCEN device consistently (10 minutes, 3-5x weekly) for 60 days and don't see a visible difference, email us photos of your routine dates and we'll refund you in full, with return shipping on us.
